Review summary

My husband and I are in our 60’s. We enjoyed the cruise but realized it’s not our favorite way to vacation. We don’t gamble, drink moderately, don’t shop a lot, etc. On board we found the pools very crowded and the adult pool area was hot and stuffy since there was no airflow. We enjoyed the live bands that played in the evenings. They were our best entertainment. The food overall was very good. The specialty restaurants were very good. The steak at Giovanni’s was the best I’ve had anywhere.

The waiters in the dining room level 4 were all outstanding. Hazel and Michael went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Budi, our stateroom attendant was the best. Promptly addressed all of our needs. So polite and friendly.

Regretted buying access to the adult only section. Seemed more crowded than the general area. Probably best suited for those a bit younger and really interested in drinking on the beach.
