Royal Caribbean is great. Everything from checking in, to the beauty and cleanliness of the ship, to the food and service was top notch. Port Canaveral was another story. The parking garage needs signs so people know where they parked. The employees need to be able to direct people without screaming and yelling at them while keeping the lines moving at disembarkation time. Better signage is needed to avoid confusion and yelling at people.

The Ice Show and the Diving show were very good. The adult comedy was funny by the first act. The 2nd guy was just dirty and not too funny.
Voices was so-so. The juggling guys were very good and entertaining.

Service and Staff

Cabin steward was excellent. No request was too much for him. We ate our meals in the Solarium Bistro and the Matre D, the Sous Chef and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and always smiling.
Ship Quality

Beautifully designed ship and very well maintained by the staff.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great, a bit small but ok. Well maintained by cabin steward. We had an issue with a noisy bathroom door which was fixed almost as soon as we reported it.
Ship tip
Come early to shows to get good seats. Staff shouldn't let people in after shows start as latecomers disturb people already seated.
Disembarkation was slow going getting off the ship. We were actually 20-25 minutes behind schedule getting our number called. When we did get off, getting our luggage was quick and with the new facial recognition technology in use exiting the terminal was a breeze. You no longer have to stop and show your passport. Once outside, beware the rude, screaming port employees yelling at you which way to go and not to stop moving lest the people behind you stack up. The exit from the terminal to the garage was most unpleasant and needs to be revamped.
Thanks for sharing your cruise experience. I completely agree with your ship tip about latecomers to shows. A few minutes late is one thing, but some people come in really late and expect you the stand up and let them in the row so that you are missing part of the show. Aggravating!
