This is not only the world's biggest ship, but also probably the most beautiful one so far. You can't really tell you are on a ship; it is just as a 5* resort, there is so much to do if you wish and also so many places where you can find peace and quiet. Absolutely loved it! Hope we get to do it again. Thank you RCI for making this a memorable experience and extra special Christmas holiday!
Embarkation

Very smooth, got on board very early.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Did not try the specialty restaurants this time, but MDR and buffets were one of the best, no complaints there. Buffet was very spacious with lot of variety and plenty of food. There is the Solarium buffet, which is very small, but we enjoyed it very much when able to dine in. Requires reservations for dinner, open for lunch only on sea days.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
You can't beat the activities on RC ships especially on this ship. We enjoy doing all of them: ice-skating, rock climbing, flow rider, zip line, the puzzle room (which is similar to escape room but not quite). The gym is spacious and very nice, but it does get full in the morning as any other ship we have been on. Water slides and mini golf and standard on any ship and always fun to do.
Entertainment

We absolutely loved the aqua show! The rest of their shows are not traditional, and I can't say I was a huge fan. There was no show on the last night of the cruise which I did not like. I wish there was more comedy available. They did have performances multiple times, but it was the same gig over and over. You must have reservation to enter. Reservations are needed for all the other shows as well, but there is a pretty good chance one can get in as stand by if no reservation. The aqua show was cancelled multiple times due to the weather which is a major downfall for this type of show, but ultimately, we were able to see it, after sitting there for hour and a half one night in the wind before it got cancelled again. We got lucky on the 4th time, and it was well worth it! The ice-skating show was outstanding as well!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Ship is new and very clean, so are the staterooms. No complaints. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Ship Quality

We loved the design of this ship! Very well laid out. Multiple spaces and areas including the outdoors ones, never crowded, never short on space or a seat by the pools or around the ship in general. Central Park was amazing as always, we had a Central Park balcony cabin and enjoyed it very much. Great for sitting in a quiet area in the open air and listening to some good music at night. Majority of the specialty restaurants are in Central Park as well.
Cabin / Stateroom

We absolutely loved the cabin, great location facing Central Park! Very clean and spacious, balcony is the biggest we have seen on a standard cabin with a table and comfy chairs. Plenty of storage space and room to walk around. Everything is still like new including the bathroom.
Ship tip
Make reservations before you get on board for everything. We missed that window for the meals, shows and CocoCay and everything was sold out, but we were still able to watch the shows. Dinner times were more difficult to accommodate on the ship, but we were able to get into the MDR twice. They do their best to make sure you can get in, we had chosen My time dining.
We didn't get to be on the island this time because it was windy but have been there before and it is always a pleasure, plenty to do, plenty of food, beautiful place.
Rainy day so we didn't get off, but been there before. Always plenty to do on the port or just short taxi ride away to go to Mahahual and enjoy the beautiful beaches.
Just as the embarkation, very quick and efficient off the ship and through the customs as well. No complaints! Awesome job RC! We were on a different cruise line the month before and it was far, far from acceptable.
