Review summary

Overall an awesome cruise. Customer service to resolve issues was the big disappointment - over some very simple issues like having a party of 5 dine together (reservations were linked in the app, for check-in, etc.) so staff was baffled but unable to resolve! Yes, 5 people dining together couldn’t be resolved for multiple days and many visits to customer service desk!

We were never told we needed notarized unaccompanied minor (17 year old) form and staff was very disinterested in the fact it was a huge crisis for us to deal with an hour before departure on Easter Sunday.

Most staff were very friendly and helpful, ironically except for customer service who were unable to resolve the fact a party of five with two cabins weren’t assigned to the same dining room. We solved it ourselves which was what they suggested we do!
