Staff was excellent! Our only complaint was we purchased the Ultimate Dining Package but were unable to make reservations for several restaurants, canceled it and ate in the dining

Children's Programs
We had no children in our party. One major complaint about this cruise was the lack of parental supervision for the unruly kids of all ages. From yelling and running in the halls late at night, tossing a football on the stairs, rude obnoxious male teens walking 4 a breast making us cling to the wall to let them by and kids messing with the luggage outside staterooms on the last night are just a few examples. We're considering taking an adults-only cruise next time.

Appreciate your detailed feedback. sailing during Spring Break is lesson many have learned the hard way (us included) it seems to be a longer period of time in recent years. Also recommend you avoid Thanksgiving and Christmas. Glad you still managed to enjoy your cruise.
Yeah, if you don't want to be around kids, avoid spring break especially don't sail on a line that caters to families. Virgin and Viking don't allow children at all. You may also wish to check out Celebrity, Princess, or HAL during non school break periods.
