I was offered a specialty dining credit onboard with your promotion when I booked with , and I did not receive that credit on our cruise very disappointed.

MDR experience was not good the service was mediocre and some of the waiters were very rude. Not the type of service you expect after spending so much money. The specialty restaurant Giovanni’s and Wonderland were good and service there was excellent.

The music at the attic needs to be upgraded. For such a new ship we expected better selections

The ship is fantastic, but they seem to put certain areas in the wrong places, like smokers by the pool where children swim. I don't think nonsmokers should have to be exposed to so much smoke all over the ship. We barely enjoyed our ocean-view balcony because of people smoking the smoke and smell were pretty bad.

Beware nothing on this island is included you are on your own unless you book an excursion. Beaches are over 25 mins away and taxis are about $30 per person and an additional $5 fee to get on their beaches. Not handicap accessible at all wasn’t much fun.
