Wonderful Time on Wonder of the Seas

This would have been a 5 stars if not for the fact that there are only 3 hibachi tables. On a ship that holds over 6500 patrons its quite ridiculous that there are only 3 tables. Theres 5 on Freedom of the Seas and Freedom is a fraction of the size of Wonder...makes 0 sense. The sushi however was amazing. Th Futomaki roll is huge. You get one small plate, 2 large plates, and a dessert. I was so stuffed I couldnt finish. Definitely try the Miso Ramen.

Main Dining Room

Since we had Ultimate Dining package we only ate here once. We chose to go for Lobster night. My 15 year old O-Lineman polished off 4 (The waiter kept bringing them). I had a tail with my Beef Tenderloin. OmG I was pleasantly suprised. I was fork tender and full of flavor. I didnt have to pick up the salt shaker or the Cajun seasoning I had stashed in my purse(not chancing bland food at all...lol)

The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant and Bar

Very underwhelming. I had read reviews before coming and was thinking people were being picky...they were not. This is a horrible play on southern cuisine. The chicken was soggy and underflavored. The buttermilk biscuits were just not good at all. Not true buttermilk biscuits. For one they were not light and fluffy(think canned biscuit texture) and the flavor was off. There were kind of sweet which ruins a biscuit and gravy vibe. The shrimp and grits were just....hmmm bland. I packed a jar of cajun seasoning from home but had left in the room by mistake. That would have made this a lot better. The pimento cheese spread and the jalepeno corn bread were amazing though so I stuffed myself with those and didnt leave hungry.

Chops Grille

Was very disappointed. Asked for my 10 yr old sons steak to be medium and it was more on the rare side of medium rare(meat was still cold and bluish). Sent back only to get same thing. So i just asked for them to cook it medium well. Steak cam back with the ends to medium and inside still medium rare. Same with my lamb chops. Needless to say he didnt finish it.

Hooked Seafood

Really yummy. Tip: add cajun seasoning to your drawn butter for a nice kick of flavor!

Giovanni's Italian Kitchen

Food was much better on Wonder than on Freedom. We almost didnt go just because our last time on Freedom the food was not good at all. This time exceeded expectations.

Boardwalk Dog House

Yummy dogs. One negative is there was only yellow mustard. Brown mustard is way better on Brats than yellow mustard.
