Review summary

The cruise was amazing. It felt like out home away from home. The staff treated us better than family. I will miss everyone I met and will never forget you. It was amazing how everyone comes from different backgrounds and is so similar but different. Everyone I talked to was willing to stop what they were doing to have a conversation about who they are and why they are where they are. Can't wait until I am able to take another trip like this some day.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
The embarkation was fairly smooth for the quantity of people getting on and this massive ship. The way they had us separated into embarkation times kept the areas from getting too crowded.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food and drinks on this ship were unmatched with any restaurant I have been to. There was a wide selection of complimentary restaurants that accommodated everyone's dietary ot cultural needs.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There was always something going on on the ship. You could run from one to the next and still never see ot do everything.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The ship shows were amazing. I tried to watch all of them but time just ran out. There was so much to do all the time that I didn't want to sleep. You could tell the performers were passionate about what they do. I loved the Seasons on Ice 365 so much that I had to watch it 3 times on our week long cruise.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service staff were beyond fantastic. Walking into the Windjammer you have to women greeting you and dancing. Everyone is so friendly on this ship. Our dinner staff were like family to us. They never let our drinks, bread,or stomachs go empty. Room always cleaned to perfection. Cruise director and entertainment staff made shows entertaining. Even the cleaning crew would stop and talk to you in-between keeping the ship crystal clean.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The design of the ship was amazing. I loved how there were so many neighborhoods on this ship that gave it a unique feel. It genuinely made me forget I was on a massive ship and felt I was traveling from pools to central park to a boardwalk. The entire ship was always kept clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
My cabin was a basic interior room. It had a couch, bed, desk, and bathroom. There was plenty of space for all of my stuff and my grandma's who I roomed with. The room attendant noticed I slept on the couch and she took off the decorative pillows and cushion and made it into a bed with sheets, comforter, and pillow. Surprisingly comfortable.

Ship tip

Do as much as you can. If you sit on a chair and do nothing all day ut may not seem worth it. But there is always something to do if you look at a cruise compas. Eat all day. The food is amazing and so are the staff. The on-board shows are fantastic and watch as many as you can as many times as you can.

Ports of call

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

3 out of 5
Right by the port was nice but venturing off too far got a little sketchy. Very aggressive selling tactics from the locals. We saw the Myan ruins through a Royal Caribbean excursion and it was amazing. Thank you Jesús and Jesús for being amazing tour guides and drivers.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Many things to do here. Take a walk around the island and im sure you will find something to do. Just don't try and take any shells or sand.

Cozumel, Mexico

4 out of 5
Port was way better and more kept up than Costa Maya. Locals still aggressive and want you to buy their products. We wanted to go to one beach but were steered to another beach. Glad we got that recommendation because the beach we went to was better.

Port Canaveral, Florida

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easy to get off. We selected one of the latest times to disembark so we could eat breakfast one last time before leaving. Everyone was given a number and when that was called you would get off. Luggage was taken off the night before and placed in a location corresponding to the number you received. Very smooth.
