Broadway was a great place to shop and the Christmas tree was exceptional. Deals to be had during cruise.

Embarkation

We were one of the first vehicles parked, so it was a very good experience

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Sadly, the food preparation was very inconsistent. Drinks, such as lemonade was at times very weak, ice was placed in a container when the machine went down, with the scoop floating in it, containers were empty and employee watched as people tried to use. I finally looked at the attendent and asked politely if he could retrieve a new container. Hamburgers stayed on warmers too long as the bottoms of the buns were rock hard, no quality control. Bacon was at time over cooked (blackened) as was the toast. By the time you maneuvered through the stationns and found a seat, you food was tepid. I could go on, but this is a management issue and not the assigned employees. Our cruise had an exorbitant amount of guests and lacked the proper support staff for such a large ship.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pool and sauna was very very nice.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Shows were adequate when you could get in. Seemed like events had lines but again our ship had a large amount of cruisers.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Pleasant and accommadating when approached. But some questions remained unanswered. Attempted to use the on ship phone several times but my calls went unanswered and you could not leave a message for a return call. Again understaffed for the amount of people that were on our cruise.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Ship common areas were very clean and well maintained. Elevators were a nightmare, people packed in and I was amazed at how many people could be crammed into the elevators. Frightening. For the claustrophobic or the faint at heart, take the stairs when and if you can.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable, balcony was perfect with great views, not happy about the sheets not being changed daily. Our housekeeping arrived twice a day and did a very good job of keeping our are safe and cleaned.

Ship tip

Larger ships do not necessarily make for better cruising unless you adequate support staff is avaialbe to accommadate larger groups

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Facilities well planned and laid out, hats off Royal Caribbean, staffing was adequate to support groups of cruisers. Food was plentiful and barbeque was great! Beach was wonderful, could have stayed an additional day for the items I could not do during our day on the island.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Was well organized with staff at every floor to keep you going in the right direction.
