Overall, I was disappointed in the caliber of amenities I was expecting. Way too many people and things like restaurants that are complementary and activities are poorly marked and advertised. I certainly won’t do an oasis size cruise ship again. Bigger is not always better.

Food and Dining

Got food poisoning from sushi on first night. Food in buffet area was slightly warm at best. Could not find beverage cup for one person in our party. all bar areas were out. Bars closed early just few remain open. Only a couple 24 hrs restaurants for 5000 guest. There is not a clear printout of what restaurants are complementary.

No enough time to choose from. They say full but they aren’t. Other performers could have been better.

Not very personable or knowledgeable about ship. Some spoke very little English.
Ship Quality

Disappointed on how such a new ship looked worn so quickly. Poor design on rooms. my room on 14th floor was under the pool on 15th floor and was very loud when crew was cleaning the area at night and the sound of water constantly draining. Very rough at sea. Water show cancelled because the water in pool sloshing out.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size very cramped. Clean but not in good repair. Dust ruffle falling of bed leaving under bed exposed and mattress very hard especially with the transition strip between the two twin beads that make them instead of a king.
Ship tip
Make sure you know what it above your room is and what is above you.
No excursions but parking and cruise drop off for such a big ship needs to be somewhere else. Traffic was at a stand still. We sat for 1.5 hrs just to go less than a 1/4 mile to park car.
A lot of construction at port. long walk to ship and back, and overall just a dirty island. Very crowded to many ship at port. There were 5 when we were there. So with wonder if the sea at 5000 plus disney, NCL, etc very crowded.
We did the overwater cabana. Couldn’t enjoy it very much because we had food poisoning for three of the four days we were gone. Weather was a little chilly. Water was cold but view and service was good. Wish we had of gotten more use out of it. I think that we weren’t in Port long enough we were there from nine till four. By the time we left the ship and got to the cabana, it was already close to 10. We had to leave at 3:30 to catch shuttles and walk back to the ship. So you’re using the cabana for only about five hours pretty steep in price.
