As an emerald member I see Royal Caribbean customer service and the general mannerisms of the general staff are not as they used to be. On the WOTS I had to contact Guest Services three times over a simple over charge issue, poor poor. Spent far too much at guest services which is time I should’ve bring enjoying the vacation
