The RC costs are way to high, drinks package $88, Wi-Fi $26, specialty dining $59.99. The boat does not have enough space or facilities imo for 7 k people I have cruised quite a few times but this has put me off.
Embarkation

Fine as expected
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Average food in main dining and windjammer, couldn’t get in any specialty restaurants apart from Johnny Rockets (good) and the main ones where $59.99 per person way overpriced
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
For the amount of people on board there are not enough facilities. Three small pools plus a baby pool is no where near enough for 7k passengers. 20-30 min q for slides, queued 50 mins for 10 mins of tag laser, second time my kids queued for 70 mins. They gave up queuing for the slides after day 2.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The aqua show and the hip hop dance show were great, comedian was average and we couldn’t get into the ice show or the enforcers.
Children's Programs
3 out of 5
Kids club was excellent 5/5 but I have marked down because most of the other things ie rock climbing, slides etc there was big queues
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
My cabin man and the dining waiter and drinks man were excellent, the staff were very friendly. Bar staff through no fault of their own we’re trying to get you to order drinks they could make quickly due to the sheer numbers
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The ship was very clean but it has major design faults. The atrium in the middle of the ship has thousands of balconies all looking out onto each other. There is nowhere near enough pool space/ shady sun beds etc for the amount of people
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
We had booked 5 months in advance but very few cabins available so I can’t complain about the size etc.
Mmm we got drinks packages for £40 =$48 I don't think that is expensive its funny out 7k as you said your only one who as complain we have been on all that Oasis and love them ❤ but don't for get this ship was NOT for Europe or USA it made for China
Prices for specialty dining, beverage packages and Wi-Fi have been going up since the restart of cruising across all ships. Sorry that the cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
If you don't like Oasis Class Ships you should try Quantum Class Ships they offer more Onboard Activities and the pools are bigger, like they solarium
Thanks for the review
There is plenty of pool space for this ship at capacity. Oasis Class ships have been around since 2009 and have had great success with virtually the same layout. In regards to your so called "excess costs", you have no obligation to purchase these amenities.
Glad you enjoyed most of it. There is no requirement to purchase a drink package, Wi-Fi or specialty dining. We never purchase any of those and have a great time when cruising.
