Easy, but unorganized

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Food onboard tasted like plain cafeteria. Nothing special!

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Zoomed in performance ;-) Musicians onboard were good, but not top shelf. Appreciate that some were from Ukraine

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Zoomed in performance in lieu of musical lol Musicians onboard were good, but not top shelf. Appreciate that some were from Ukraine

Children's Programs

No kids

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Good bartenders, and cabin crew.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Same design as Symphony. Was expecting more variation.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Okay cabin but def cookie cutter with cheap design.

Ports of call

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

1 out of 5
Too far away from Rome. One hour by train and two hours by shore excursion bus.

Naples, Italy

4 out of 5
Good port, but many Americans will have a tough time with the local culture of Napoli.

Barcelona, Spain

4 out of 5
Great city, easy on and off, but too far away from city compared to the docks of Virgin and MSC.

Palma De Mallorca, Balearic Islands

4 out of 5
Best port, but again, long drive into town.

Marseille (Provence), France

2 out of 5
Too far away from Marseille…after several frustrating days of distanced ports we decided to just hang on the boat.

La Spezia, Italy

2 out of 5
Docked in shipping container yard, which forced the group onto buses, then a taxi to train station (up-charged,) and then an hour to Pisa. We are glad we went to Pisa as we ‘checked’ that box. No need to see Pisa again. I recommend a train to Cinque Terre or Florence.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Easy, but a hassle to get a cab to the train station. Again, lots of up-charging.
