Review summary
Everything about this cruise (from embarkation to suite size and amenities to dinning options to shore excursions to on board services to disembarkation) was fabulous. This was our 3rd cruise on the ms Westerdam, 14th on Holland America ships, and 16th overall, and it was definitely in our Top Five Favorites. If nothing else, the visit to Glacier Bay makes this cruise well worth the cost and always memorable. In addition, Holland America is the only cruise line that has a Catholic priest on every cruise and offers daily Mass to anyone interested in attending - this service alone keeps us coming back to Holland America.

Ship tip
For best choice of cabins/suites, be sure to book very early - more than 6 months in advance. Also, be sure to book your shore excursions as early as possible, especially if you want to go whale watching or to visit a dog sled site, Ditto for booking the "Evening at Le Cirque" at the Pinnacle Gril
