The most exceptional part of the cruise for me was the ship personnel, specially those from the Philippines (according to their name tag). They offered a smile and hospitality that other crew members were just not willing to provide. Special shout out to the lady who encouraged everyone to wash their hands before eating at the Windjammer (I did not get her name). Her tagline "Washy Washy before Yummy Yummy" really made an impression on everyone that everybody was saying it when they entered Windjammer. Also kudos to Bronwyn Geriane and Jun Montemayor (main dining hall) and Kevin De Guzman (Izumi) -- really exceptional service!

The singers were great. There were also Zumba instructors by the pool side - they were great also.
Service and Staff

Some crew members were not smiling at all, but there was a particular group of ship personnel who were exceptionally hospitable -- I noticed from their name tags they were from the Philippines. They offered a ready smile and EXCEPTIONAL service!

Cabin / Stateroom

I wish we had a queen sized bed instead of two single beds. Those beds were really small!
While the disembarkation was well organized -- on paper -- the actual disembarkation was chaotic. We were told to hang out in the Dining Hall area while we wait for our number to be called. However, we were not allowed to go inside the dining hall. Instead, we were made to wait outside the dining hall where space was limited, and it just got really cramped with people. We were packed like sardines waiting for us to be allowed to go inside the dining hall.
