Review summary

Cruise itself was great, but how can you lose a bag on a cruise?We were requested to leave the abg infront of the Stateroom one night before arrival to be picked up at the port (Galveston). When we arrived, the bag was not there and is still missing! No one is helping.

I put air tags in my luggage.. we saw when my husbands was still in Zurich and recently at the airport but not at baggage pick up.

My guess is someone mistakenly took your bag. I put a ribbon or something on my to identify, and discourage someone else from taking it.

Why did you leave the port without it?…that’s when you deal with it,,right there while it’s happening. Both our bags in Tampa were put in 31 instead of 13.. but I demanded a rep do the search then and there. People have to advocate for themselves.

I know it a bit late, but I put trackers in my luggage, linked to my phone, around £98.00 GPB.
