Food was mediocre and very few options between mealtimes. Bars had absolutely no variety of drink menus between bars.

Rock wall and flow rider were good, but on a cold weather cruise, these were not open often. Very few scheduled activities appropriate to the weather.
Entertainment

Musicians and one comedian were terrible. Only highlight were the ice skaters.

They did their best, but many were new and untrained.

Painting on deck during a sea day meant we smelled paint for hours.
Cabin / Stateroom

No real complaints, but the balconies have solid dividers which obscured view and made it impossible to connect two adjoining balconies as you can on Carnival.
Ship tip
Take advantage of on-deck activities while the weather is nice. Bring a blanket as the ship has a limited supply.
When Windjammer closed from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. lovely items were available at the Cupcake nook right next to Windjammer. Promenade Cafe had pizza, desserts and sandwiches 24/7. Room service had good menu 24/7. All bars had extensive drink menu. Just ask. Were you on the same ship?
