Review summary
The cruise and ports were overbooked. During hurricane Fiona the ship wouldn't let you connect with your loved ones at home to let them know you were okay unless you paid them. The ship make no effort to make up for missing agendas by adding activities, giving freebies or adding entertainment. They just did nothing. The ships captain cannot speak english well and 95% of the people on this ship are from the US. Couldn't understand the announcements. We had no connectivity during the hurricane and no announcements from the bridge so we had no idea what was going on. Everyone we spoke with felt that this cruise was a total disaster. Royal Caribbean should make it up to its passengers.Embarkation
