I was charged Approx USD 650 to my credit card with NO details. I would like a detailed receipt as I do not recall spending this amount and cannot get through to Royal Caribbean . Otherwise cannot fault my current cruise.

It normally states on the ship print out that we have always gotten what each charge is for.

Could the charges just be the hold placed on the credit card that will drop off soon? Gratuities? Alcoholic or soft drink? Excursions?
