The ports of call focused a lot on shopping districts, not exactly what I would think as the best of Japan. Due to weather we had to cancel one of the ports of call and no alternative was given, so we ended up with another day at sea (5 days in total at sea, 3 days at port). The entertainment team saved the cruise, especially the singers, and the trivia team.

Food and Dining

The dinning room was okay, but the food at Windjammer was below standard. The Asian food was a disappointment, not authentic at all, and the quality was what you would find in a 7-Eleven store.
Windjammer Marketplace

Very low quality, Asian food not authentic

Entertainment

singers and musicians were awesome, as was the entertainment team, especially Dominick and his trivia games
Service and Staff
2 out of 5
The dinning room staff and state room attendants are awesome, as is usually the case with Royal, but the rest of the staff, as is also usually the case with RC, has very little customer care/service standards. They simply don't care.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
The Voyager of the Seas needs to be refurbished/updated. I understand that it might be sold or let go from the fleet, but still, the ship is dated and it shows.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
The stateroom attendant Anjas did a wonderful job, and the cabin was clean, but it is small for a suite, and the balcony is not that spacious, also it looks like a bunker, the design of the ship is dated, and the balconies are not that nice.
Not that nice a port, too much emphasis was given to the shopping area, which is not that interesting a place to visit, and the food was very disappointing
