Great waiters and assistant waiters, excellent cabin steward. The ship was easy to navigate around and the service in general was very good.
My 2 points are; (I have given RCI this feedback) the volume of the sound in the Show Theatres - totally not suitable for the majority of the passengers. Please get a decibel metre and make that sound safe.
Second: The Spa area and staff need a shake-up & the area needs a spruce up too. They had an equipment failure 3 days before my treatment and they did not even make any contact with me. Apart from that all was great. We have 2 more RCI cruises booked for 2018 bring it on....

Nothing was too much trouble, one of our table request Sweet Potato (orange Kumera) they found this in the staff kitchen area and from that night on, every evening meal there was a plate of her request. Another asked for baked potato every meal and it was never forgotten. The wine glass was never empty ( he had a drinks package) The room steward: I asked for a lighter blanket, no problems, we did not need to special request anything else and our room was always immaculate.

Make use of what is on offer. You don't NEED to pay for anyting extra.
Too hot and sticky to stay ashore for any length of time. Stung at the supermarket for Jar of coffee. Were happy for us to pay the $25 AU and give us change in FPF ..
