Vision is a lovely ship with excellent ports of call. We will join the many others who do this itinerary often.

Meals was not always enjoyable, poor choices, not tasty Shows poor quality Staff not interacting

Cruise was good. Staff was friendly, but entertainment was very marginal. Itinerary was great except private island was not much at all.

We enjoyed this cruise but we’re disappointed in the Windjammer and the main dining room was spotty. Duplicate themes which was very disappointing.

Will never sail on this ship again, for obvious reasons. Husband is nearly put off RCL completely until I reminded him, we have had great cruises in the past. This was an anomaly, sadly for us. We had been waiting for this trip for five years. We were supposed to take this in February of 2020 and RCL postponed us until Jan 2023. We were not allowed to change ships without losing money, nor we were allowed to change anything else. So we were held captive on to this ship - so wait five years for a cruise and have it be this bad is really upsetting.

Great experience, Staff were friendly and accomodating. Food was delicious. Entertainment fun. Enjoyed days at sea.

We really enjoyed the cruise. The staff was excellent and being a smaller ship you got to meet people and get around easily. The ports were good too.

Great time on a smaller ship - no crowds which made it very relaxing.

A very enjoyable experience I would consider Royal Caribbean again. We prefer a smaller ship and a true promenade deck is a plus - Vision of the Seas checked off both these boxes.

Overall, the cruise was wonderful. There are some problems that need to be reviewed and solutions enacted. The problems may stem from post COVID19 workforce issues seen everywhere. I still recommend sailing with Royal Caribbean, and will continue to do so in the future.

Staff were wonderful. Very accommodating. Ship is older, but we’ll kept.

We have done Vision of the Seas in the past. Would probably prefer a slightly larger ship in the future. This ship needs updated.

Too many disappointing things about this cruise. We will never choose Royal Caribbean again.

Most definetly a cruise to remember for a lifetime

Never again. We are avid cruisers and have tried Royal now 3 times... This will be our last. First night I was served something I was allergic to, which caused a throat reaction and not being able to breathe correctly. Through a comedy of errors and poor service - I missed the first four days of the cruise due to sheer stupidity. The medical team gave me DayQuil... To which the first ingredient I am ALLERGIC. Main dining room staff apologized but blamed the kitchen. Medical team could not tell me anything and would not listen to what I needed (having had this allergy my whole life). I was offered a "future cruise credit valued for one day" and had to ask for my gratuities to be withheld as we did not dine in the dining room again due to service. Buffet was average. Rooms were outdated but we expected that. Ship was dirty and poorly kept up.

Great trip for my mom and I. We took advantage of the excursions offered by Royal Caribbean and we felt safe and had time to enjoy the trip without a hitch. Experienced tour guides. Onboard, the service was impecable! From the service at the front desk to the restaurants and the people in charge of our cabin. Loved the experience from beginign to end!

The crew definitely made this cruise unforgettable with all the attention to detail. I will continue to travel on Royal Caribbean.

I really enjoyed the staff (with a few exceptions) and was grateful for the experience! We laughed and relaxed and got to see some beautiful places. It was not the best food and there were a lot of unexpected charges, but I'm grateful I did it.

I was able to relaxed as a professional staff pampered me kindly and without fuss. They just wanted me to enjoy myself!
