Too many disappointing things about this cruise. We will never choose Royal Caribbean again.

Food in thr main dining room was excellent for dinner. Breakfast and lunch selections in the MDR were poor. Food in the buffet was poor. Worst selection of foods I've ever experienced on a ship.
Onboard Activities

Karaoke which is a favorite, was always scheduled after 10pm. The late schedule caused attendance to be poor with hardly any participants.
Entertainment

Most of the shows were terrible. The Beatles impersonation band was good. The 2 Brothers playing piano also good. The rest of the entertainers were terrible

The staff was fantastic. There is nothing negative about them. Our room was taken care of every day and she always made sure everything was perfect. The MDR staff, waiters and Matre'd, were excellent. They were quick to attend to every detail

Our cabin had a large picture window. The cabin was perfect for us
Ship tip
Small ship. Disappointing food. Couldn't get coffee 24/7. Soft serve ice cream wasn't always available either
Guest services advised me to just show up my scheduled time to get a wheelchair assist off the ship. When I showed up, I was told you don't have an appointment and would have to wait an hour to disembark. Worst experience ever
Sounds like Vision of the Seas did not meet your expectations. A lot of changes have occurred post covid on cruises. Not sure what other cruiselines you have cruised with before but I think Carnival has Karaoke every night at an earlier time. I would have suggested maybe a newer bigger Royal ship, but given your comments, I'm not sure another Royal Caribbean ship would be to your liking.
