Disappointed in Chops. MDR food could be better but passable.Windjammer good for breakfast and lunch. Try the burgers. Park Cafe was good. Beef sandwich yum.

Most shows good. Bands and piano players throughout ship were very good and personable.

Main Dining was good. Head waiter Jerica corrected slow service.room steward good. Now the good part, Nan, Lamin and Robert( the Sheriff) in Windjammer were excellent. Couldn't do enough as were all servers.
Had a problem in Solarium Pool where I got paint on my swim trunks and swim shirt. Informed officer on deck (sorry I didn't get his name) and he said housekeeping would be by. Within minutes Sam from housekeeping came and told me to use the laundry bag in room and would have them back by noon the next day. About 4:00 o'clock a person from housekeeping came for my swim wear and gave me a incident report to fill out. The next morning she called the room and apologized but they couldn't get all the paint out and go to Customer Service and they would help me. Went to Sylvia in Customer Service and quickly gave me a very reasonable credit. What I paid for the items. They also delivered the garments back to the room and could barely see any paint.

Thanks for the review. Am impressed with how they handled your paint mishap. Agree with Margesu that it's a downer when it's time to leave. I hate hanging around at that point. The only thing that picks me up is knowing a have another cruise 🛳 to 🚢 look forward to.
