Review summary

This was a nice, relaxing trip for us. However, we would like to have seen more age-appropriate activities on board. We were not pleased that the Centrum was the focal point of most onboard activities. It was way too loud, and certainly not relaxing to go through that part of the ship anytime an activity was in process. For this reason alone, we would not sail this ship again.

We were not happy with the ship's Centrum set up. Most of the activities occurred there, and it was ALWAYS TOO LOUD. The customer care department was in the same location, and you could not even hear to discuss anything with them when any kind of event was happening because it was way too loud.

If you like to shop, you will enjoy the Marketplace. We did take a carriage ride, and it was nice.

Port Canaveral, Florida

We booked transportation to Sea World. The transportation team was great. ALERT: it is a good hour or more to Sea World from the port. However, we were delayed leaving by almost two hours, and the ship did not adjust our return time when they could have. So we only got to spend about three hours at Sea World.

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

The excursion to the all-day infinity pool/lounging was hard to find, and not really worth the money. We did not use it because it was too cold.

This was super easy if you had your passport ready to go.

I agree that it’s always too loud in the Centrum. Thanks for sharing your experience!

All ships central activity areas are always loud. Ridiculous to try to talk to Guest Services with that and I don't know how the employees stand it. For as much as the cruise line brags about getting you back on time, all they do is cut the excursion short. Research the ports to see how far the activity is from the ship. Look at the ship's deck plan to see where things are .

We were on same cruise , we wanted to go to sea world or universal , but the 1 hr e/w put us off as would’ve had little time there , we went to gator land instead which was good , but were delayed in leaving and missed one of the promised 3 shows there , we complained & got 15% back in lieu !
