Review summary

First time cruise now can’t wait for more. Ship was so easy to maneuver around. Felt like at home and like we had known the staff forever. Had a wonderful time. Just a few suggestions for improvement with older teens. Improvement tho also with pictures. Very unorganized when trying to find them. We purchased the whole package and had pictures could not be found. Took hours to find the ones that were in the stacks. Internet was way to over priced. Carnaval Internet is half the price. Our group had a hard time communicating since we could not afford package.

Very unorganized. Has to be a better way to see pictures. Especially when you are buying the package for all pics and you probably missed half so you keep going back and finding more because your pics are probably mixed with others. Also knowing picked were taken but pictures not found

Wonderful the cafe there was the best. One particular lady can’t remember her name but she always had my husbands sugar free cookies ready. When they ran out she made sure to get more. Very relaxing to sit at night

Had 16 year olds and the teen room was to young. Left them nothing to do.

Our teens were so excited to go the first night. Was only young teens. Like age 12. Left very disappointed. Ours are 16 and 17. Left with nothing to do. Was very bord at night time. Needs to be something for older that’s a huge age range.

Was wonderful !!!!! Ivana ans Tata was the best even when we requested a food the staff was the best. Our lady that changed our linens and made the bed helped us out so much. We had lost a clothing item and she found it for us. The cafe with the indoor pool my husband can not have sugar one of the workers would have him sugar free chocolate chip cookies ready.

Went to blue lagoon was very impressed with the island. Was so pretty with lots to do. We did have a problem with our food order. Waited almost 45 min for it. Once we asked the ticket was not sent to kitchen. The staff did everything to make up for it. Was so nice and friendly. Once complaint made food was right our and drinks offered for our whole party. Very impressive. Would suggest photographer to make sure all people can be seen in pictures. We did swimming with sting rays and our group photo I can not even be seen. That was very disappointing

We did do the hop on hop off. Was disappointed with it. Was under the impression of being able to get on and off at destinations not ride thru all of them.
