Review summary

Boring cruise. Change of ports was a terrible corporate decision. We choose this cruise because this was grandson's fourth birthday celebration . The family lives in New Orleans and we thought it will be convenient and fun. Customer service basically told me to accept it or cancel. If someone reads this, I will tell the name of the employee. Otherwise, I now understand that RCI is a waste of money and vacation time.

We were left at the end of a pier New Years Day with nothing to do. I do not need to pay for a shore excursion. RCI cancelled the private island and substituted Miami. Bad corporate decision.

A fourth birthday party for a kid? What four year old needs a cruise for a birthday party? At four years old, my grandson wanted a Batman party, which I made sure he had. It seems that cruising is not for you. But if you must, why not join Jcnk12 with his kooky duck lips and his family on Carnival so y'all can bitch and complain elsewhere! Next!

We were told the same. I booked because it was going to Cococay but they changed it after my final payment.

We were told the same, and it is in fine print that they can change itinerary at will. We were not happy, but had a good time in Miami, and had awesome coffee in Little Havana.
