Review summary

I have been on more than 15 cruises, most with RCI. I have been on 5 transatlantics, most on the big ships. This trip was made absolutely extraordinary by the Captains interaction with the passengers & crew. He sang, danced, played water volleyball, & was frequently available. A truly extraordinary man. He was very well like by every member of the crew that I spoke to. He even stood at the gangway to individually say goodbye to each passenger. I can't say enough positive things about Captain Marek Slaby.

This is very much in the traditional way of what it used to be in the old days when cruising was the only way to cross the Atlantic. How nice that you got a Captain and crew that honor the tradition!

Captain Marek has a great reputation for being very outgoing. So glad you enjoyed the ship. It was one of my favorite ships I’ve been on.
