Review summary
It's only day one and we are hoping things don't get worse Check-in was a mess. Long lines and long wait which was blamed on computer issues. Suite was not ready at check in. Baggage delivery took hours. Had lunch in the cafeteria. Food was bland and atmosphere was dreary. The dining room is like a food court at a decaying shopping mall. We paid for a suite hoping for good accomadations. The interior is dated and furnishing look like they were purchased in 1970. We thought the ship was refurbished in 2013 but don't see signs of such. The one thing that seems to be perfected is the constant sales efforts of staff to sell add on products and services. We don't have high expectations for things getting better. We just hope things don't get worse.Embarkation
