Great cruise. A little cool but dry. the stops were great, although we liked Skagen and Estonia the best.. quaint little old towns that retain old world charm. Lots of construction in Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen
Skagen and Estonia make great walking tours and easily accessible from the port. All other ports you need HoHo bus or local bus to get into town.
St.Petersburg was interesting. You need a visa to visit Russia, HOWEVER if you book a off ship tour ( SPB tours ) or with the ship, your visa coverage is included in the price of tour.

Food was very good , lots of fish. Main dining room menu was a little lacking in choice at times. but it is what ever you wish dining to be

Entertainment

was up and down. From Bubble blowing show to violin show, but the best part were 2 different performances by the Beatle tribute band " The Beatle Maniacs " That was the icing on the cake
Children's Programs
They told me I was to old for the program
Service and Staff

Cheryl from housekeeping was amazing. There to help, yet invisible until needed. Main dining Romeo and Jeervaj were friendly, funny and made you feel like you knew them your whole life

Older ship, room was a little smaller. Very comfortable. Besides, you are only sleeping in the room
Ship tip
If you drink wine, you can bring 2 bottle on board . Go to any bar and ask for a wine glass. Carry glass from room to dining Drink specialty coffee, go to Lattitudes coffee bar on deck 6 and buy a coffee card , 15 coffees for $31.00 + tip. Use for any size coffee , save minimum 50 % on your coffee
Visit Amsterdam before / after cruise for several days and wish to tour / see sights. Have a close look at the " I Am Amsterdam " card. good for trams, bus or subway + various sights and includes a 1 hr canal cruise. Well worth looking into
Quaint town. Easily walked. Visit the old town . There is a church on as you enter the town with a massive tower. Inside the church, you can buy an entrance ticket for 3 Euros. Walk the stairs to top of tower. Awesome 360 degree view of town. Warning. Narrow winding stairs with 2 way traffic up and down.
Did combo HoHo Bus and Boat tour. If you should book the HoHo bus , book the combo tour. There are 2 cruise ports in Stockholm, on opposite sides of town. One port gives you easy access to the boat tour, the other side of town you need the bus to get to the boat
