Review summary

Have not been on a cruise for many years. After countless all-inclusive destination vacations -- my husband and I decided to give cruising another try. We were not disappointed. The staff was a shining example of hospitality. Always ready to help with a smile on their face! Our overall experience was very good. We will be booking another Royal Caribbean cruise very soon!

The main dining room experience did not meet our expectations. We waited almost an hour for our breakfast on our first visit and never went back. Dinner was an odder experience. We were seated the whole week with one other couple at a table for 10 ? Food was usually overcooked and somewhat salty. We wound up eating most meals at Windjammer---where there was a wide selection of options.

Overall, the entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. We especially salute the pool bar staff --very attentive. Don Santos took excellent care of our room and was always responsive and available for advice

With the exception of an odd odor down the hall from us, we had no complaints.
