Review summary

The Program Director was EXCELLENT...."George"....best we have had on a Viking Cruise. The ports of call briefs were made educational and enlightening. He had a wreath laying service at the cemetery at Normandy using our veteran passengers....very emotional.

After previous travels with Viking Cruises on both river and ocean, the food preparations were a bit of a disappointment. The food presented was overdone as it sat under the heat lamps "too long" per the servers.

Bags were outside door and promptly taken to staging area for identification and placement on bus...very organized.
