This was our first river cruise although we have been on several ocean cruises before. We really enjoyed sailing on the Danube River as it was very peaceful and the scenery was beautiful. We loved all the staff as they were very personable and extremely friendly. They really made us feel special. Yes, we would do this again!

The dining room was very nice. The food was amazing and very high quality.

Since it is a river cruise, there was very little onboard activities. They had a library with books and board games. There was a outdoor chess set.
Entertainment

There was a pianist/entertainer every night. He was very good. There were a couple of evening shows that were very entertaining.

There were no children programs as Viking does not allow anyone under 18 on board their ships.

The staff was outstanding. They treated us likes kings and queens. They knew our names and greet us every time we walked into the dining room.

Our stateroom was very comfortable and very clean.
We loved visiting Linz and particularly, loved that we were able to do a excursion to Cesky Krumlov! Then, in the afternoon, we walked around Linz on our own.
