Review summary
The tours were excellent.
We had an excellent Viking representative Carmo meet us in Munich
We had a problem with our luggage arriving at the hotel and Carmo worked on the problem until it was completely resolved within hours
The hotels in Munich in Salzburg we're both beautiful

I think that most of the staff works very hard at accommodating the guests The Bavarian buffet was wonderful The motor coaches were very comfortable
