First ship Aegir waiters were great second ship waiters in dining room were Embla poor. The room steward Cecil on the Embla was great Alexandra and team on the Embla was excellent The ships program director Dan was excellent stayed with both ships. If it wasn’t for him it would have been a one star experience.
