We had a wonderful time. One surprise was how much we really enjoy meeting some great people while we traveled. The tours were all well done and we enjoyed even when it was a little rainy. The meals were always good and our program director was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend going on this trip.

A must do for everyones bucket list. You will meet many nice people and Viking makes it easy and stress free.

I think I’ve said it all in my other comments, but we want you to know that we will be cruising with you again in the future. 👍🏼

This trip has been my first Viking disappointment. They cut out the trip to Ghent/Bruges and made it an either or choice. Nothing was offered in Rotterdam.

The rooms' plumbing system wasn't functioning as it should and after being examined by the engineer it continued to emit loud groans upon running the water....It constantly smelled of sewer gas.

On the other hand......All else was outstanding. The dining experience couldn't have been better. Much personal attention was given to my special diet needs.

There were no cultural pre-lectures about the ports we were about to visit.

The food choices were two few. On two of the city excursions the guide gave us directions to getback to the busrs and was toobusyto takeus there

Two of the extra excursion were good Vie a straussconcert andalso the workd war twoexcursion wasgood. House keeping was  very goodandwaiters weregood

Traveled nine years ago and price has doubled and did not see as much as the first tour.  I do like Viking and would still recommend it to others. Viking crew always looks out for you and even meets us at the airport when you leave, making sure you are checked-in correctly.

Both my wife and I got hurt when the Bragi hit a bridge (due to human error on the Bragi) and then hit a river transport ship. The boat was damaged. We were in cabin 340 located in stern of the ship on the port side. My injuries were painful. They included bad cuts and bruises as well as a sprained ankle and a very sore back. The Bragi senoir staff were less than professional during this shipboard emergency. Contact me at vlp27@aol.com if you would like to learn more. We are seasoned cruise travelers (22 in all) mostly on Oceania and would never do a Viking cruise again.  

It would be a good idea to keep shoes or slippers next to your bed at night. There was so much broken glass in our stateroom that we cut are feet trying to get out!  

This was one of my favorite cruises. It was expensive, but I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Our experience on the Bragi was excellent. The entire crew was outstanding and made the cruise enjoyable despite the unusually cool temperatures and rain that we experienced during 12 of the 14 days on board. Everything was first class.

It was a great experience. 1st time river cruise.
