In overall was a great experience all the personal was great with exception of the captain he is not a people person, never mingle like other captains

I don't quite understand your negative comment about the ship's captain. The captain is not supposed to act like a cruise director, mingling and schmoozing with passengers. Their job is to manage the ship, and the crew, and make sure you all get where you are supposed to be going in a safe manner.
