In eight cruises with four different lines, this was the first time that we put a deposit down for a future cruise. We can’t wait to sail with Virgin again!
Embarkation

We flew in the morning of the cruise and arrived at the port about two hours early. We were able to drop our bags and check in early. We then waited outside for about thirty minutes before being let inside where we waited until our boarding time.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Everything was fantastic! The food and service could not have been better. We loved being able to raise the flag and have servers come take our orders at places like the Dock House and the Galley. Every restaurant (with the exception of Razzle Dazzle, which just wasn’t our thing) was outstanding! Don’t miss Extra Virgin or Gunbae!
The Wake

Delicious! Our filets were perfectly cooked and the twice baked potatoes were amazing. My husband also loved the asparagus.
The Dock House

One of our favorite spots on the ship! We stopped by every afternoon for drinks and the most delicious grilled shrimp!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Yes, the pools are a little small, but we never had a hard time finding a place to sit and relax. All the trivia was fun, but Risky Quizness was our favorite by far!
Entertainment

The Miss Behave Show was, hands down, the best show we have ever seen on a cruise ship - and I don’t even know how to explain what it was about. 😂 Duel Reality was fabulous, too! We also really enjoyed the band that played in the On The Rocks bar.
Service and Staff

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The servers in the bars and lounges came around frequently and it was often faster to order a drink directly from them as opposed to standing at the bar. All of the members of the Happenings Cast were awesome, but we especially enjoyed Sabrina, The Gamer.
Ship Quality

It definitely took a day or two to get ourselves oriented. There are a few dead ends here and there. The ship was very clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

The bathroom is a little small, but the room was clean and comfortable. My husband took a few naps in the hammock on our balcony! There was plenty of storage. Loved the extra touch of having two jugs of water filled up each day in the room.
Ship tip
Be sure to pack something red for Scarlet Night and make your way up to the top deck for an epic dance party!
We thoroughly enjoyed the Bimini Beach Club. The ocean water was gorgeous, the pool party with the Happenings Cast was super fun, and the picnic lunch - chicken, rice and black beans - was simple and yummy.
We had a debark time of 10:15. It was so nice to sleep in and grab some breakfast before leaving the ship. Took a little bit to grab an Uber as there were so many people arriving to the port for the next cruise that the traffic was crazy!
