Review summary

We enjoyed our cruise so much, we booked another one on the last night. My biggest complaint is that it went by too fast. Of all the cruiselines I've been on, this was the best all around.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
We had the Splash of Romance package and was first group to board. The waiting area had comfy couches, good music and usb outlets.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The absolute best food at sea (Carnival, Royal, Norwegian). We were so full after main courses that we couldn't eat dessert. Which is a shame because I'm sure it's delicious too!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
There are no slides or rock climbing walls. The pools are small and had the gym on each side. This prevented air circulation and lacked a view. They had plenty of other creative activities like adult coloring, tastings, star gazing and so much more. I was never bored.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We didn't make it to a lot of the shows (which is why we booked another cruise). We saw the Miss-behave & duel reality show which were both really entertaining. I did the VHS workout which was so much fun, but still left sweating. The acoustic duo onboard were amazing and were taking requests at each gig (Ray & Jo).

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had to go to guests services twice and they were friendly and helpful.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was very clean in all areas. We found the elevators confusing and it hard to tell if you were forward or aft. I think this would be less confusing if you took the stairs as each stairwell is a different color based on where you are. My husband is in a wheelchair so we didnt have that option. We found the Manor hard to find. The galley outdoor space could only be accessed on one side of the ship. The accessible inside cabin had an automatic door for the bathroom that would open when someone else in the cabin would walk by sensor. It also opened and closed very slowly.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The bathroom door was slow to open and close. The tv is mounted on the side wall which made it difficult to get into bed on that side.

Ship tip

Definitely book your restaurants in advance. We tend to eat early so we made our reservations at 5:45. Unfortunately, this interfered with us making it to the majority of shows. Not sure what the sweet spot would be as there is so much going on at all hours.

Ports of call

The Beach Club (Virgin Voyages), Bimini Bahamas

5 out of 5
This is the best private island type place we've been to. Very accessible for my husband (wheelchair). We had options at the beach or poolside. They have shuttle with a wheelchair ramp that made it easy to board and unboard. The food was delicious. I loved that water and soda was also readily available. The bar at the pool was nice too. A beautiful beach club.

Key West, Florida

5 out of 5
Key West is one of those walkable ports where no excursion is needed. We walked down to the southern most point and back. We stopped to tour the Hemingway House with its 6-toed cats!

Miami, Florida

5 out of 5
We ubered to port which was smooth. The port itself has a great view of the Bayside Marketplace.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We had brunch at Razzle Dazzle and was off the ship in no time. The face recognition was great and kept the traffic moving.
