Very impressed with the ship and crew. Did not care for the teens and preteens at the bar and running around. The venue for Karaoke should be bigger since it is very popular. Being 30 minutes early is being late for seating or participating. The scheduled dining ambiance was nice but the food was hit or miss. The staff for dinning were great, David(Dave) and his female assistant were awesome and attentive. The drinks were extremely weak and I am not a big drinker. Very disappointed since we spent a lot of money.

I have always loved Royal Carribean. I am an Emerald member. In the past you would get some perks for this - coupons. For an example, they say you get a glass of wine for 1/2 off. They have this on their app. The problem you don't get the perk. I had to go to customer service to adjust this and they couldn't figure out how to do this. So I didn't use any others because they were supposed to be automatic but they weren't . The Compass was on the app. It was good in some respects and not in others. I am not one who likes to be on their phone all the time. Also - just have free internet! Some people that I spoke to said they felt they were "nickled and dimed" I felt the same. They had popcorn at a show and were charging $7. - crazy.

Very enjoyable, low capacity so no waits for anything

My husband and I and 2 other couples went on this cruise and had a blast, we all wish it could’ve been a longer cruise. Milton the hurricane decided to shorten it lol

The ship is beautiful and a step above Carnival. However felt like this ship was all about getting more money after you pay 3000 - 5000 to travel on the ship. There should be more items included for your money!

Really good quick packed full of fun weekend cruise. We enjoyed everything.

Overall, the trip was excellent. We dodged a Hurricane and a Port Strike, so luck was on our side. After the 4-hour delay on the first day, the rest of the trip was without any issues. I would sail with Royal Caribbean again.

Beautiful solarium. The chairs with the orange cushions are the best. Very quiet and relaxing

Enjoyed the cruise just to short. I would recommend it if you're looking for a short get away.

Overall I would like to point out the excellent service we received. All of the personnel we encountered were super nice, professional and courteous.

Loved the experience. Crowded but never felt over whelmed. Enjoyed the food, the shows. One more thing I would like to bring to your attention is when we had the storm issue and you gave everyone ONE HOUR of Internet etc. Disappointed. You should have allowed us to have atleast 24 hours to make calls, change flights etc. That was very stingy of you, in a crisis. My pet peeves : 1. The dirty comedian 2. internet service 3 sometimes the music was too loud late at night. Hope you take this seriously and respond. We had never taken a weekend cruise. Utopia is truly the ultimate weekend. Lots to do and see!

Pros: 1.great customer service everywhere 2. Room cleaness and tidiness 3. Main dining room service excellent 4. Baby friendly area ok 5. Both embarkation and disembarkation were fast and smooth Cons: 1.power outage on day 3 2. PA system was loud 3. Shows was not family friendly 4.Food was ok, not impressive 5.peoples vaporing at no -smoking area and no staff addressed issues till we brought that up

Beautiful ship. Lots of fun activities onboard. So many new things to do on the ship. We will not be able to do it all. I can't wait to book my next cruise on this ship.

A fantastic experience! The main dining room was such a great venue that we didn't feel the need to pay for a "classy" meal. Plenty to do on the ship as long as you make the appropriate reservations, the earlier the better, on the app. The ice and water shows were great fun for the whole family. So much quality complimentary activities that we only truly spent money at the casino and souvenirs and barely anything else. We are already looking into taking our next cruise on the same ship!

Great ship and staff. Would recommend to everyone. Has something for everyone. Shows were awesome.
