You don't have to pay for Hideaway Bay or the water park. They are there as an option.

Thanks for the review. I love coco cay. I use one of the many complimentary areas with included amenities. I agree the price is steep for some of the attractions, but we always enjoy it. Sorry the island disappointed you, but glad you enjoyed most of your experience.
