We have sailed on Symphony of The Seas three times, because overall, the ship is beautiful, clean, and the customer service is great! There is a lot for everyone to do. Never a dull moment!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was one of tge smoothest embarkation we've ever experienced! Well organized and quick.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
We mostly ate at Hooked, Solarium bistro and the Windjammer for dinner. The two nights that we ate at tge main dining was not very good. It has declined since we were on the Symphony last year.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We did not do any activities, but watched and everyone was enjoying themselves! There is a lot to do.

Entertainment

We enjoyed our balcony room and spenfing time with each other. Also, we were tired from our day at the ports. orts

Children's Programs

We were a couple only

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is clean and beautiful! It has a very nice and spacious layout. One of our favorite ships.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was one of the best we ever had! The bed was literally beside the balcony! We could open our sliding door from our bed and just view the beautiful ocean and feel the breeze! Our room steward, Omar, was great! He kept it clean.

Ship tip

Make sure that you use your Royal app. to know what time events, shows and activities are scheduled because tge ship is to big to try to second guess things. You also can utilize your Cruise Compass delivered daily.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

We were transported from spending 4 nights at a Disney Resort, the day of tge cruise.

This was our best stop! The shops had good merchandise and we were able to make bargains with the locals. We did Resort for A Day ar Iberostar Royal Suites and it was excellent! Great beach, all- inclusive delicious food and drinks. Large pool with swim up bar. Highly recommend!

Nassau, Bahamas

Love coming here to shop and eat at the pier from a vendor, called Linda's Place. Good Bahamian dishes cooked to order, and does not disappoint.

Disembarkation

People were a little confused at first on how to get off of the ship, but then everything became smooth.
