Review summary

It was a great cruise. The only issue was that there was a lot of motion in the ocean a good portion of the cruise. Even with being on such a large ship, you could definitely feel the ship rock from time to time. We were so glad that we took our sea sickness medicine each day.

Embarkation

Getting to the terminal was crazy! The traffic was unbelievable! Once inside the terminal, check in went smoothly and quickly. We had 10:30-11:00 check in time and we were onboard by 10:45.

Food and Dining

We had the ultimate dining package. 150 Central Park is our favorite restaurant fleet wide. We ate there 2 nights for dinner. The food was delicious and service outstanding. We had one lunch at Hooked and had great food and service. Breakfast at Park Cafe was very good each morning. We did not eat in the Windjammer or the Main Dining room.

Chop's Grille

We had lunch at Chops one day which was excellent. The steak burger was delicious. I wasn’t impressed with my dinner one night. My Caesar salad had a lot of lettuce that was going bad. My petite filet was not very tender. I did let our waiter know. My husband enjoyed his ribeye.

Our room steward was great! He kept our room immaculate and was so great to talk to. All crew members we came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful.

It was delayed because it took longer to get the ship cleared to begin disembarkation. The lines were extremely long. Once the self assist people were off the ship, it went quickly.

We were on the same cruise, and there was a lot of motion! I’m not sure I took my sea bands off, except for when we were in Port. Even though this is a large ship, depending on where you are you will feel the motion. we were in the spa, which is down on decks two and three, and it was terrible. it was hard to enjoy the spa treatment with the boat literally slamming because it’s also in the very front of the ship. And this is why we always try and find a cabin in the middle deck in the middle of the ship. Aside from that we had a good cruise.

Had same thing on our ship carnival magic it was much moved we taught the ship was going to break apart lol
