Review summary

We've been on many cruises. This boat reminded me of Oasis of the Seas, even though familiar we enjoyed ourselves. I would DEFINITELY get a balcony, as an avid cruiser. However, this boat has soo much stuff available even if you had an inside room theres PLENTY places to enjoy the water view & comfortable. The service was outstanding, the staff, the food, the accomodations. I highly recommend this ship.

Embarkation

Great experiance with the order of how they move all the patrons on and off the boat.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The main dining room servers really valued you as a guest. They took pride in their work and really enjoyed to serve. The Windjammer was open and is available with the same foods that possibly switched up 3x's within 1 week. The Mexican food and Pizza parlor was ALWAYS busy with a line. Great variety of foods on the boat. Even if you want to eat fresh or have a smoothie.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
This is a great kids (under 18yrs) and adult boat. Plenty of activities.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
There was a great theatre show about the history of flying/aviation. Surprisingly it was very refreshing, informative and touching. The aqua show was canceled twice (due to the winds) but they got it in before the sail ended. Great entertainment.

Service and Staff

Outstanding service. From the room service to the food service to the clean up crew. Everyone was outstanding. Guest services. Just amazing job hands down.

Ship Quality

This is a newer boat and it felt new. Everything was great. Meticulous with the detail your eyes will be pleased no matter where you look.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Perfect room. The couch was next to the balcony door and that was PERFECT! Exactly what we wanted. Your AC turn off if your balcony door was open, so we couldn't sleep with the door open to hear the water like we wanted. But spent tons of time on the balcony. Our room was starboard side, so we got a chance to see all the ports when we came in.

Ship tip

ALL purchases will be on your sale & sign card. So no need for a credit card in hand while shopping, buying, drinking on the boat. Bring a tumbler cup you can walk around with your drinks (provided you didn't buy the soda plan). Get on the elevator no matter which way its going, what goes up must come down and vice versa, otherwise, you'll be waiting forever since so many people are also getting on the elevator.

Traveler Photos

Patio photo in Maimi before the trip. We LOVED our balcony Breakfast on the patio w/ foot rest. Birthday Cake surprise. GREAT room service staff. Sorry for blurry photo. It was part of a video. But the shower is large, it comes with shower gel. No shampoo. Very comfortable room
