You do notice a difference with the COVID-19 protocols and the reduced capacity, however it still had that cruise feel. Typical activities on deck like the belly flop contest and dancing didn’t happen. Also inside shows were limited. We still loved and are ready to book again.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We had a Jr Suite, embarkation was a breeze. We were 15 minutes early and were on board before our boarding time.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Only went to the dining room for dinner once, however the food and service were excellent. The servers and helpers were so glad to be back. Hooked was good, Chops which we have gone to on all 13 of our cruises was excellent as always, Coastal Kitchen superior, Izumi’s hibachi was tasty and the show was excellent. We got a hankering for pub food and went to playmakers, burger and wings are as good as anything we can get on land. That brings us to Wonderland, we never tried it thinking it was weird, however this time we decided to give it shot, what a surprise the food and service were amazing. To be honest the mad hatter was creepy but actually fun.
Had breakfast at the main dining room mostly and it was excellent.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
The Ice show was very good as was flight. Didn’t get to see hairspray as it only played the first night with a matinee the next day. Flight was excellent and the comedians were also good.
Pools were a little crowded on sea days as always. Mostly stayed at the solarium pool.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Covered in onboard activities.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone was excited to be back and were so kind and helpful. Our cabin steward Reggie was perfect. Took care of our every need without being asked. A perfect level of banter, each time we saw him. One morning when we left I remembered I didn’t put out the sign saying we were out, I remembered as we got off the ship. When we saw him later he said “I bet you were the last one out this morning” I replied “how did you know” he said “you forgot to put the sign out and I knew it was you”.
Ship Quality

Jr Suite was perfect.
Ship tip
If you go to Coco Cay, the Coco Beach Club was amazing. Food drinks, service were awesome, we highly recommend the lobster for lunch.
