Review summary

Symphony is gorgeous, however, if we were not with family, we would chose a smaller ship. Other 3 generations enjoyed it all.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
If you use parking garage, take a phone pic of your level!! Staggered boarding times, the process went fairly quickly, even for the 2 kids in our group that had to be tested at port

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Service is still perfect, food seemed not to be AS good, but still very good.

Windjammer Marketplace

5 out of 5

I actually like having the staff serve. Wait staff work so hard. As capacity goes up, they will open for dinner!

English Pub

5 out of 5

We live this on all ships. Quieter inside, but you can sit out in the promenade to people watch

Johnny Rockets

5 out of 5

Burgers were so so good!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Too many to try all. We love watching flowriders, and we enjoy mini golf after breakfast. Splash pad toddler area is amazing

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Loved HIRO and Hair spray! Was excited about seeing Flight, but wasn't wowed by it. Performers were all great

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I can never say enough about the staff

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Amazing ship, huge. I prefer more decks with ocean views, besides pool areas. Ship is focused on Central Park and 🎠 areas. Very nice for families.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Seemed to have more closet and drawers, which is nice for 7 nights! Always clean

Ship tip

Look at the positive!! Even with restrictions, you can cruise!! Be prepared to walk, it's huge

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

5 out of 5
Hate driving to this port, but port itself was easy embark. Everglades tour is great fun

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

4 out of 5
We did not do any excursion. Not ports fault, but some shops had closed. However, Sharkey's was open and the beer was cold

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

4 out of 5
Also, okay, just not the usual atmosphere. Masks are required in port

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very easy, quick

What a special family cruise! I'm a little confused by the rating for service & staff, you seemed complimentary but only 3 stars?
