We were being transferred from the Symphony to the Mariner and it was a disaster. It started fine. We met at Studio6 and were escorted to customs, but after that no one knew where to pick up the bus for the transfer. Someone fro Royal should have escorted us to the bus. The bus was nowhere to be found and all the transfer people were confused and irritated that the busses where not outside when we exited.
