All inclusive dining package question:  how do you book the restaurants you want before sailing?  Or do you have to go to book it all on embarkation day?

I believe you have to wait until you can access the app, or visit a specialty restaurant when you board.

If you’ve already purchased the package, Royal will automatically make a courtesy reservation for you for either Day 1 or Day 2.  If your sailing is accessible via the Royal app you should be able to make additional reservations on your own.  I sail on Wonder in May and made 3 reservations at different restaurants.

If you did the ultimate dining package, Royal makes the first reservation for you.  Once onboard go to one of the specialty restaurants or the specialty restaurant kiosk on deck 5 and make the rest of your reservations.  You can also change the one Royal made for you once onboard.  You cannot make reservations prior to boarding.
