Review summary
1. Would have liked to used the swimming pool but without steps to walk in or out of swimming pool found it difficult to use. the pool had only ladders to climb and out. And for someone who is mobility handicapped using a walker using ladders it is impossibly difficult 2. Water would turn hot and cold without warning while taking showers. Very uncomfortable when suddenly shower would turn icy cold and then without warning turn hot. Adjusting the control knobs was very difficult. I brought this up with the steward and also with Customer Service. They could do anything about it.Embarkation
