Review Summary

I would not recommend the and portion of this cruise to anyone. Your attention to detail was lacking and taking care of your guest was not your main concern. The sea portion was better, but you other cruises have been on were far superior.

This was nice as we were able to receive our sea passes on the train. The lady on the train was very informative and helpful.

Ship Experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was OK, but the service was not very good. No matter what time we arrived, we were always the last to leave the dining room. No one on board went out of their way to do anything extra special.

The cabin was fine and kept clean, but our steward did not do anything special.

Ship Tip

I choose Princess for this trip for my family because I have traveled with Princess before and it has always been a wonderful experience, but this time was a true disappointment. On the land portion, there was no room ready when we arrived and had to pay extra. At Mt. McKinley there was a power failure and instead of taking care of guests you price gouged them for food. The Lodges we stayed at were in poor condition and needed repair. The serviceman was in my room until 11:00p.m.
